appointment begins and ends by talking to our clients, and we
refine each service through communication. Celebrity stylist Derick
Monroe and @lorealpro Assistant Vice President/Development of
Education Mezei Jefferson join Gordon to discuss this power of
language—especially as it relates to important conversations around
